What is the registration fee for CEANA 2025?

Does the full $(?) package include the excursion?
No, the full package covers all CEANA convention activities, including lunches, dinners, the Saturday banquet, and the picnic, but it does not include the excursion.
How do I participate in the excursion?
You can join the excursion by either purchasing the full convention package with an add-on excursion ticket or buying a standalone excursion ticket for $(?).
Is there a discount for early registration?
Yes! We have secured a limited number of premium/deluxe rooms for early registrants.
Can I get a refund if I register but later change my mind or can’t attend?
Yes, but please note that refund requests must be made by August (?). After this date, refunds may not be possible due to pre-committed expenses. Unlike hotel reservations, convention registration doesn’t offer last-minute cancellation flexibility.
How do I cancel my registration and request a refund before August (?)?

Can I register at the convention?
Yes, but hotel rooms are only guaranteed based on availability. We highly encourage you to register early to secure your room.
After registration, when should I expect my room notification?
Within 2-3 days.
Do I need to take any further action after registering for the convention and selecting a hotel room?
Yes, the hotel will send you a credit card authorization form that you’ll need to complete to finalize your hotel reservation.
Will the hotel charge my card after I complete the credit card authorization form?
No, you will not be charged until you check out.
Which email address will the credit card authorization form come from?
